F#ck... F*ck... F%ck!!!!
OK...
So I decided a few weeks ago (three I think) that I wasn't going to gain weight thru the holidays and that if I could, I'd even like to drop 10 lbs...
I made a commitment to keep a food journal and increase my protien and try new foods... and I've gained... 6 pounds...
UM... WTF?!?!? I didn't even eat dinner yesterday... I had a dinner party last weekend, and... well.. f-it... I'm not going to try and think about it. I'm going to go back to my old/normal routein of lots of coffee for breakfast and sandwich guts for lunch... it worked... and it worked well...
So off I go to get some water and then walk up to the store to buy some cheese, pickles and lunch meat... I'm going back to what works...

Life sucks sometimes doesn't it? I need to lose weight too.
You can do it sista!
Gaining weight is probably the number one reason why I HATE the winter. Activities decrease and food consumption increases, I need to change that! :D
